Meet Dana
Growing up on Martha’s Vineyard, I studied ballet and modern dance which fostered a lifelong passion for movement. In 2008, I began working as an NASM-certified personal trainer. While practicing intense weight training, I experienced a recurring and debilitating hamstring injury. I began to seek alternative ways of maintaining strength and flexibility without further injury.
Six years into my personal training journey, I discovered Pilates and was finally able to bridge my passion for working out with a newfound love of mindful movement. I loved the way my body felt after every Pilates session, and soon realized I wanted to share that experience with others. That same year I completed a comprehensive certification program at Pilates Sports Center in L.A. and have never looked back.
My passion is working with people who are committed to challenging and changing their bodies, through deepening their connection to movement and breathwork. My number one goal each day is for my clients to walk out of their sessions feeling invigorated, empowered, and aligned.
